METODOLOGY AND APPROCH TO QUALIFIED CERTIFICATION WORK FLOW

The Regular Inspection activity is performed at the purchase of a commodity, it involves a visit of a designated food inspector to the premises of the food supplier and/or manufacturer  for premises inspection, consignment inspection, withdrawal of sample according to the preliminary agreed plan for the specific product/ commodity according to specifications (as included in the procurement contract and/or proforma invoice related technical specifications and standards). Finally an analysis (if needed from the type of inspected materials) at a selected laboratory for the production of a Certificate of Analyses (CoA). The CoA is the basis for the final commodity choice decision (approval / rejection). 
After this preliminary phase, our inspector will be present at  containers/cargo uploading and will apply the proper security sigillum to be reported over the Bill of Lading.
